Payment Options
Wulffia offer payson credit card payment with Visa and MasterCard and prepayment to plusgiro.
 
 
Payment by card
Wulffia working with payson  card payments. You can use Visa and mastercard. Payson offers payment via the swedish bank handelsbanken, swedbank, nordea and SEB.
 
 
Prepay
You can choose to pay in advance to plusgiro (only available in Sweden). Write your order ID as a message, so we can see that the payment belongs to you.  We will send your order as soon as we receive the payment.
 
Ordering
Your order will be processed within one business day after you have placed the order. After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation with your payment and purchase details.
 
The prices listed for the different products are in Swedish crowns, including 25% VAT and excluding shipping costs. Wulffia are not responsible for any changes in exchange rates or exchange fees which may apply when your bank or credit card company will charge you in your local currency.
 
 
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost within Sweden is 29 SEK per order. Free shipping if you order goods for over 375 SEK at the same time you buy.
 
 
 
Reservations
We reserve the right to all stock items have time to be sold out before we can update the site. We will then notify you via email of the expected delivery time. You then of course the right to rescind the purchase for a full refund.
 
We reserve the right to wrong information about the product or prices. We do our best to present products on the Internet as realistically as possible, but can not guarantee that your monitor reproduces products correctly.
 
Privacy
We treat all personal data you need to make in connection with your order in accordance with the Privacy Act PUL. Your personal details will not be passed to third parties.
 
Disputes
We follow the National Board for recommendations on any dispute.
 
Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return your order for a full refund or exchange all or part of your order within 14 days after you receive it. Returning goods must be unused and in unopened packaging. When you return or exchange your item, you must pay the shipping costs for the re-extension. As soon as we receive the items, we will in accordance with your desire to send you a new product or give you a full refund. Wulffia can not be responsible for goods lost during return shipping.
 
To return or exchange your item, do the following: Contact us at kundtjanst@flygvardinneshoppen.se and quote your order number, which / what goods you wish to return and a brief explanation why. Wait then our instructions.
 
Complaints
Should you receive a delivery with a damaged or wrong product  we replace all shipping costs and will do everything we can to correct our mistake. Depending on your preference, you will be provided with a new product or full refund.
 
To make a claim on your product, follow these steps: Contact us at kundtjanst@flygvardinneshoppen.se and quote your order number, which / what goods you wish to return and a brief explanation why. Wait then our instructions.
